窩燒海味飯 ($238) Fried Rice with Dried Seafood and Abalone Sauce in Casserole (HKD238)
I would say this fried rice was elegant and perfectly seasoned; the grains were individual, kissed with the sauce. The sauce was made from a variety of Seafood and an alone sauce. The strong fragrance of the seafood and abalone sauce added a real punch to the fried rice. The taste was really good and we polished off the bowl of fried rice.
這個飯炒至乾身，但海味的香氣，加上鮑魚汁，這些配料全部滲進飯粒之內，味道很好，吃過不停。
